VCUG

Voiding Cystourethrogram (VCUG), that is the next step for our precious Olivia in her battle against these persistent urinary tract infections she has been fighting for the last 8+ months.  We are hoping that this level of testing will gleam some helpful information that will then provide our wonderful medical team with the information they need to treat her and end this vicious cycle.Right now we are scheduled for August 29th, please keep Olivia in your thoughts and prayers.

It is just awful to see your little one go through stuff like this, but I am BEYOND thankful that the seriousness of what we are facing is teeny tiny compared to some of the nightmares other families are living. I am so grateful for the Doctors and their wisdom.  The medical professionals that choose to work with children, are heaven sent.

You just want to protect them, shield them from all things painful or evil, but I've learned that isn't possible, the best we can do is get them the care they need, and hold their tiny little hands all along the way.
