Happy Mother's Day to Me

I enjoyed catching up on Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice in bed this morning while Brad got up with the girls.  As soon as I came downstairs the girls greeted me with cards and two presents, which they then opened for me.

I am madly in love with this bag.  My friend Angie has it and I saw it when we met them in Durham and I just fell head over heels for it and since she lives in Wilmington I didn't feel like a complete copy cat for hinting to the Mother's Day Gods that I too would like one.

Thank You Brad for listening to my hints, I just love it. And Thank You for going card shopping for the girls.  I do have to say though, Olivia signed her own name and it was the best I have seen to date...practice is helping that girl out.

I enjoyed my leftover Vodka Pasta and 2 Reese's Eggs so far, that is what I call a balanced meal!!!  I cancelled out Brunch Plans last night because I was throwing myself a pity party and while I would have loved some Eggs Benedict, it was nice to just have a relaxing day and it was nice to not spend a ton of money on a meal just because its Mother's Day.
