Myrtle Beach...here we come.

Look out South Carolina, here comes the Turner Family. And all of us...our whole crew, Bina & PawPaw and Shannon, Stan, Leah (11), Ellie (almost 7) and Heath (almost 1). Can you imagine our house, what a zoo it will be. But we are all looking forward to a break from the daily grind and looking forward to some sunshine, however, it appears as though http://www.weather.com/ has different plans for us, a 40-60% chance of rain everyday - urg. At least they have wonderful outlets there to occupy my time.

It appears as though we have about 330+ miles to travel to reach our beach house, that equates to 5 hours and 40 minutes according to Yahoo.com Our plan is to get up with Avery and get the crew in the car and head out, so we will likely be on the road between 6:30 and 7:30am, and hope to be there just after lunch. Clearly we will have to stop a few times and we are debating how to handle Olivia being newly potty trained, do we bring the potty in the car so we can just pull over, because the chances of being able to wait for the next exit is still to none with her...or do we just throw a diaper on her? I would hate to have to stop while Avery was sleeping, because that would wake her up, etc. Decisions, Decisions.

Monday Night we are having our family photo's taken by Sascha, I am really looking forward to it, but based on the output from the photo session with Bethy last night, I am a bit scared as well. I am so UN-photogenic it isn't even funny. I don't know what happened to me, good grief.

This is the look I am going for...

Or something fun like this...

Thursday Night Brad and I are going to the House of Blues with Brian and Molly to see The Avett Brothers, I am looking forward to some adult time, lord knows I could use some.
