So very sad

Sweet Baby Cohen that I have been telling you about made his way to heaven last night, well ahead of schedule...they found a tear in his trachea and there was nothing they could do about it, his parents Megan and Brent made the decision to release him from all the tubes and they were able to spend his last precious moments together as a family. I can't even imagine the pain and loss they are feeling, please send your prayers up to them.
