(Disclaimer: it was a joke, Olivia wasn't scared by opening them, and the whole thing was in good fun, but in all seriousness, I think this is their way of saying: "Last time you two went away together, to San Francisco, Avery appeared 10 months later, now we know you are going to Puerto Rico in a few short weeks, we want you to be prepared"
